25th February, 1978, our wedding day. It started off as a pleasant morning but soon grey skies developed and when it was time for the photographs in Haden Hill Park it was raining persistently. Our photographer Mr. Hart was not deterred and at the appropriate moment would shout “gamps away”. The photographs were brilliant and one could not tell it was raining, nor did it dampen our spirits on what was a very happy day.
